Contest Rules

• Photos must be the original property of the submitting photographer.
• Photos must be accompanied by a title and description. File size is limited to 50 MB per upload. Photo size must not exceed 8000×8000 pixels.
• Submitters must either be registered for CRYO2024 or a member of the Society for Cryobiology. All other submissions will be disqualified.
• Photographers can submit multiple original photos in each contest.
• The winners will be selected by popular vote. Voting is restricted to CRYO2024 delegates and Society for Cryobiology members between July 23 – July 25. 
• CRYO2024 delegates and Society for Cryobiology members will receive 3 votes per category to distribute as they please. A one-time voting link will be sent via email on July 23. 
• The winners of each category will be announced at the CRYO2024 banquet on July 25.
