REGISTRATION IS OPEN

***IMPORTANT***
If your university or company requires separate invoices for the registration fee and social events (eg your affiliation will pay for the registration fee but you must pay for social events personally) please add only the registration to your form and CONTACT US to request to add in your chosen social events. We can easily generate an additional invoice, but we cannot edit an already generated invoice. Thank you!

REGISTRATION NOTES

Cancellation Policy

  • In Person registration cancellations before June 23rd, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
    • Alternatively, delegates may transfer to a virtual-only registration and receive the balance as a refund, less a $50 administration fee.
  • In Person registration cancellations on or after June 23rd, 2024 will forfeit the registration fee in full. Delegates will retain virtual platform access. 
  • In Person registration cancelled due to denial of visa will receive a refund in full without incurring the $50 administration fee. Documentation of the visa denial is required. Delegate may opt into virtual participation if desired, with payment of the relevant virtual registration fee. 
  • In Person Social Events, Tours, and Youth Events are non-refundable in all cases. 
  • Virtual registration cancellations before July 16th, 2024 will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
  • Virtual registration cancellations received on or after July 17th, 2024 will forfeit the registration in full.

Presenting Authors
All presenting authors must pay the registration fee in full.

Low & Lower-Middle Income Countries
Are you a current resident of a country classified as low or lower-middle income as defined by the World Bank? You qualify for free virtual registration. Please note eligibility is based on residency, not citizenship. During registration you must upload a recent utility bill or similar (dated within the last 6 months) showing residence in a qualifying country. Ineligible registrations or registrations that do not provide appropriate proof of residency will be cancelled without notice. 

Citizens of Ukraine displaced by war are exempt from the residency requirement and may upload proof of citizenship.
