If you are not eligible for ESTA, you may request a letter to support of your visa application.

Approved Visa Support Letters will be returned 1-2 weeks after submission.

Delegates who have attended previous meetings in person or online have the best chance of receiving immediate approval.

If this is your first time attending the Society for Cryobiology's annual meeting, our administration team may contact you requesting more information before issuing a Visa Support Letter.
